Are you an oreo lover? You. Must. Make. These.
Three ingredients is all it takes to make these tasty truffles!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Reduced-fat works great!)
- 2 cups Melting Chocolate (Wilton)
- Wax Paper
How To Make Oreo Truffles:
1. Crush oreo cookies into a fine powder. You’ll need about 4 cups crushed. Put 3 cups in a bowl and set 1 cup aside.2. Add cream cheese.
3. Mix together until it looks like mud.
4. Shape into 1 or 1 1/2 inch balls.
5. Melt chocolate in microwave. I usually do 30 seconds on high first and then 10-15 second bursts, stirring chocolate in between until melted. Roll each of the balls in melted chocolate and cover with some ground oreos. Place on wax paper.
6. Refrigerate truffles in fridge for at least one hour or until set. Enjoy!
Makes at least 30 truffles.
